🎵 The Simple Version

MPSeeker is a free beat maker by SolSynth Labs with optional NFT minting. Use it to make music, have fun, and create NFTs if you want. Just be responsible with your wallet and understand that blockchain transactions are permanent.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MPSeeker, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. It's that simple.

2. What MPSeeker Is

MPSeeker is a web-based beat making application by SolSynth Labs that allows you to:

Create drum patterns and beats
Save and load beats locally
Export beats as WAV or MP3 audio files
Mint beats as NFTs on the Solana blockchain
Share your creations on social media

3. Your Responsibilities

When using MPSeeker, you are responsible for:

Your wallet security - Keep your private keys safe. We can't recover them.
Transaction fees - Minting NFTs costs SOL. Make sure you understand the costs.
Content you create - You own your beats, but don't mint content that infringes on others' rights.
Network selection - Know whether you're on Devnet (test) or Mainnet (real money).

⚠️ Important: Blockchain Transactions

NFT minting and blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible. Once you mint an NFT or send a transaction, it cannot be undone. Always double-check before confirming any transaction in your wallet.

4. NFTs and Ownership

When you mint a beat as an NFT:

You retain ownership of the original beat composition
The NFT represents a unique token on the Solana blockchain
NFT metadata and images are stored on IPFS (decentralized storage)
Original creators receive 8% royalties on secondary sales
SolSynth Labs receives 2% royalties to support continued development

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own the beats you create. SolSynth Labs doesn't claim any ownership over your music.

Our app: MPSeeker, SolSynth Labs, and associated logos and branding are our property. Don't copy or redistribute the app itself.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MPSeeker is provided "as is" without any warranties. SolSynth Labs doesn't guarantee:

The app will be available 100% of the time
The app will be free of bugs or errors
NFTs will have any particular value
Compatibility with all devices or wallets

7. Limitation of Liability

SolSynth Labs is not liable for:

Lost funds due to user error or wallet issues
Failed transactions or network issues
Changes in NFT value or marketplace policies
Any damages arising from use of the app

8. Devnet vs Mainnet

Devnet: Test network. Uses fake SOL. NFTs have no real value. Great for testing!

Mainnet: Real network. Uses real SOL. Transactions cost real money. NFTs are permanent.

Always verify which network you're connected to before minting.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of MPSeeker after changes means you accept the new terms.
